Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Terms

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Below are our standard cancellation charges based on the date of written cancellation notice:

• 30 days or more before departure: Token retention fee / minimal administration charge only.
• 15 to 29 days before departure: 25% of the total tour package cost.
• 7 to 14 days before departure: 50% of the total tour package cost.
• Less than 7 days or No Show: 100% non-refundable (as hotels and private cabs are pre-blocked).

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment source within 7-10 working days.
